A comparison between mPDF, typeset.sh, PDFreactor, and many more

There are a lot of tools to create PDFs from HTML and CSS files and I wanted to compare some of the most popular ones.

To compare them I took lots of sample CSS code from the CSS Almanac. I still need to add samples specific to print though. Based on these HTML files I generated PDFs to compare the tools.
